Leonberg, 12 July 2024 - The strong growth of Erik Sterck GmbH places new demands on the organizational and management structures. The management has therefore successively introduced a new management level, which is now complete. Three managers in Director positions are responsible for the operational management of the company.
Three new management positions have been established below the Executive Board for the areas of technology, sales and processes and organization: Tobias Engmann, (49), as Technical Director, Christoph Hesse (36) in his role as Director Sales Germany and Frederic Heintz (34) as Director Inside Sales & Project Management will assume operational responsibility for the respective areas. The managing partners Erik Sterck and Oliver Batz will focus on the strategic goals of Erik Sterck GmbH in future and drive forward the further growth and expansion of the company. They will also support the operational management in an advisory capacity.
"After 10 years of building up the company, Tobias Engmann, Christoph Hesse and Frederic Heintz will now lead Erik Sterck GmbH into a new phase. This step was both necessary and sensible in order to ensure the company's continued growth," says Erik Sterck. Oliver Batz adds: "In our new management level, we have put together a powerful team to lead the company optimally into the new decade of its existence. We are delighted with the commitment and motivation of our three new managers and wish them every success in the tasks ahead."
